When will my order arrive?

If you’ve ordered made-up products, including cushions, blankets, curtains, accessories, bean bags, and others, then you can reasonably expect your order to be dispatched within two working days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.

If you’ve ordered fabric from us, though, please be advised that it can take a little longer to dispatch your goods. Unlike picking products from a shelf and sending them on their way, picking, measuring, cutting, wrapping and re-shelving fabric can be a time-consuming process. We can only cut once, so we need to take the time to get it right every time.

We can usually dispatch orders for fabric within the same time-frame, within two working days, and our aim is always to try to dispatch the next working day if possible, but during busy periods please be advised that it can take up to five working days to fully process some orders.

If your order is urgent then we strongly recommend that you read more about urgent orders and how they’re handled. Wherever possible we can try to push your order through a little quicker.
