Can I return my order?

If you’ve ordered made-up products (including cushions, blankets, curtains, accessories, bean bags , etc…), you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. At Fabric Online, however, we operate an extended 30-day returns policy.

When purchasing fabric, there’s usually no statutory cooling-off period, as the material is cut to order and is considered personalised, with limited re-sale value. Nonetheless, we’ve chosen to extend our 30-day returns guarantee to fabric as well. All we ask is that the fabric be returned to us unused and uncut.

We recommend reading our returns policy in full, as some products may be excluded.

To file a returns request you’ll need to complete an online returns form. You’ll need to sign in to your account first, or have your order number and delivery postcode to hand if you completed checkout as a guest. After completing a returns request, you’ll be provided with all of the information that you need to send your order back to us.

Please be advised that orders that are sent back without first filing a returns request might not be processed.
