Excellent service!! I paid for 5m of the cotton towelling and when getting the order ready, they discovered that there wasn’t enough left on the roll. They immediately contacted me to offer my money back, or a replacement. I opted for the replacement; they had no more cotton towelling so offered bamboo towelling instead, at the same price as recompense. I had considered this towelling when placing my order but opted for the cotton one as it was cheaper and I was only making dog bed covers. This was immediately dispatched and the quality is superb! Fantastic service and communication by the company - thank you very much.

Really good price for towelling. Minimum shedding and easy to sew. A lighter weigh towelling, but great value.
