Always great quality fabrics

Nothing wrong with the quality of the fleece. They use DX deliveries for their deliveries and they are shockingly poor. Gave me a delivery day of Friday, took time off work, got a message in the afternoon saying sorry we couldn't deliver your parcel as nobody there to sign for it! Since I have ring doorbell and CCTV that was a lie. For the love of money, you cannot get to actually talk to anybody at DX, my only option was to reschedule it for the Monday. Took another day off, NOTHING, got another message saying they couldn't deliver. Phoned Fabrics Online who were lovely, apologised and said they do actually have a phone number and later that day got another DX email saying it will be with me the next day. Turned up with the bag it was in was ripped straight across, I said to the delivery driver, oh that doesn't look great, he just said sign here but I made him photograph the delivery showing the ripped package. Although when you look at the tracking history you don't get to see this photo. So no, I won't be ordering from Fabrics Online again as it was too much hassle.

Excellent service and the fabric was of top quality - I will buy again!
