Always great quality fabrics

This wasn't the first time buying material from Fabric Online. The quality of the fleece material is excellent and I would say the colour of the material wasn't far off the colour in real time. The order was processed in a timely manner. Unfortunately the courier service let's the purchase down. They use DX delivery and although I was emailed to say which day it would be delivered, (a Friday) had a tracking code and could see it was out for delivery, it never turned up. Emailed the company the next day but never got a response. My husband did a live chat with them to eventually be told they didn't know what happened but it would be there on the Tuesday!
